Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping.
Estimated transit time after shipment:

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pre-Order & Backorder Items
If your order includes pre-order or backorder items, available products may be shipped separately to avoid delays.
The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification (if a phone number was provided) containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at support@vbosi-sports.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
VBOSI Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also reach out to our support team at support@vbosi-sports.com for assistance.
Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
