Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
Once the cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@vbosi-sports.com and include clear photos of the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued once the returned item is received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For returns valued over $75 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
